oh this is gorgeous!! i have been making tiny little babushka and kokeshi doll brooches and have had a hoot making them too. but i will be happy to have a break from the tiny stitching. no where near as intricate as yours though.

such a cutie!! love those eyes, reminds me of those japanese dolls in gone with the wind dresses and parasols - i had one with a purple dress that was adored (and pretty much fell apart because I guess they weren't actually for playing with!)
- and I think that dress is perfect sized!

B.B.B. is so beautiful! She has much big personality for such a teeny being.
Her expressive hand-painted eyes must have been challenging to paint. Most mortals would have sneezed during that process. :)
