I used to think that my mailman hated me, what else could explain the Mary Engelbreit Home Companion magazines that arrive 6 months late, or the Land of Nod catalogs with missing covers and rips down the center? But all is forgiven since he brought me the best mail during the last few weeks.
Like this delicious Halloween goodie bag that the awesome JustJenn sent me (sorry, coudn't resist busting open the chocolate bar before I took the picture).
And then right before Buddy's birthday we got a wonderful surprise package from Amanda! She sent 2 CD's full of fun kid's songs that have been on permanent rotation at our house, along with a jam packed goodie bag for Buddy. There were so many other things in the goodie bag that never made the picture as Buddy was too impatient to let me photograph them all. Aren't the streamers amazing? Amanda made a ton of them for her son's birthday party. Buddy loves running through the house with them.
I also won a little contest over at Grouchy Frog! Lookie at the sweet goodies I got from Susanne. Nutella, sushi stickers, japanese mints, a gorgeous knitted flower, and these super fun colored pencils!
And I managed to get my hands on a copy of Jess Hutch's awesome knitted toys booklet .
My mailman must be a knitter because this book came so fast that I didn't even know what it was when it arrived. If this doesn't motivate me to learn to knit I don't know what will. Plus, over the summer I did wool trades with Robin and Melissa so now I have a wool stash that I can use to make these amazing toys.
And this sweetie also flew in from Karen at Krafola. Meet Meagan! She is 2 inches of needle felted cuteness!
I've been wanting this print and pins from Momomoogie forever so I ordered them too.
And lastly, this Pucca wee doll that Charlie-pop sent me over the summer is so amazing. I am a huge Pucca fan and I love her soooo much!
Charlie used Hillary's wee pattern for Pucca and there's a surprise when you turn her around - it's Garu's cat Mio!
Charlie also sent a ton of her gorgeous cards too!
Thanks everyone, and especially you Mr. Postman. If you keep bringing me cool stuff like this I might even be willing to spend $0.40 for a stamp.
wow! you've hit the mother load of mail love, lucky gal! i'm totally in love with that print, must see if i can sneak that by the boy--it'll be hard since we're always fighting to get the mail :)

Holy cow! What a haul! Can I trade my mail carrier for yours? ;-) Such fantastic goodie bags and I love that needle felted bear! Too cute! Pucca is adorable, as well. But you have to know that I've been especially drooling over your knitted toys booklet! I've seen some of these toys knitted up in blog land and they're too cute. And look at all that wonderful yarn! I'm so happy for you- you certainly deserve a great mail day after your terrible cold!
