For the love of Pucca

Last night Buddy had a sleep over at my parents so Mr. T and I decided to watch a movie. At a real movie theater. With real theater seats. And no pause buttons! I was really excited because Bride and Prejudice was playing at my favorite old theater - The Varsity Theater (which unfortunately is going to be torn down soon). Before the movie we headed to Manoa to eat Japanese food and as we were walking into the restaurant I spied a store called Mashimaro Manoa right next door. And I could see through the window that they had Pucca stuff! I loooove Pucca! As soon as we were done eating we went to check out the store. It's too bad we were in a rush because I didn't have much time to browse, but I did manage to leave with some Pucca stickers, Pucca pens, a Pucca notebook and some Pucca stationary! They also had lots of Mashimaro goods, so I'm sure I'll be back. After the store, we dashed down to the theater just in time to catch the previews. I really enjoyed the movie and it was a really nice night out.

(Added: I just noticed that there are cross-stitch patterns on the Pucca website!)

i just found a tinky little shop in kc that had just a taste of cuteness, some mashimaro and pucca, but not nearly enought to satisfy. i did score a mashimaro glue stick for 99 cents though!

I just discovered your blog from a comment you posted at Wee Wonderfuls and all I can say is I'M IN LOVE!!!! I'm really into Japanese stuff lately (a little bit behind my stepson who has been obsessed with Japan for years) and the pics you have posted and posts about Japan are so fun to look at and read!
