P: I just don't understand it... I had a new security system installed last month. How did she get in?
M: I feel so violated. I mean she was in OUR house, going through OUR things, eating OUR food. I don't know if I'll ever feel safe again.
B: She broke my chair! She ate my food! She slept in my bed!
G: What's the big deal? It's like a total misunderstanding. You see, I have this friend Mindy and she told me about this uber cool spa that's like in the woods, you know? So I was like, "No way?" and she was like, "Yes way!" So I thought I'd check it out, but Mindy is so bad with directions and I must've gone to the wrong place. But the door was like totally unlocked, so I went in and this place was done up all retro bear chic, which I heard is like all the rage now, so I thought this was it. Anyway, I was really thirsty you know, from the walk in the woods, but there was like no juice bar, but there was all this food on the table...

Hee hee! Too cute for words.

Your millennium version of Goldilocks and the 3 Bears is ADORABLE!! Their expressions are priceless and their dialogue cracked me up- especially Valley Girl Goldi. ;-) I love the expression on the bears' faces- oh, the shock and horror! ;-) Too cute!! Is that Lego I spy under their monogrammed outfits? I hope Goldi gets better directions from Mindy next time... or at least finds a Jamba Juice instead, hee! Adorable as always... take care, Myra! :-)

The fact that they're standing on legos is perhaps the best part! Very nice.

So cute! Your rendition made me giggle - I could just envision Goldilocks with hand on hip and gum in mouth, describing her experience!

First Little Red, now Goldilocks...I think you've got a finger puppet series going here! Love them (and the fabric they're standing on!). Oh, and check out Diane Stanley's retelling, Goldie (very different from yours, but onw of our favorites, too!).

You are a crazy, crazy woman, Myra. But I suspect you already know that, and that's why we love you so much!
P.S. Very, very jealous of Goldie's hairdo. Have you seen my daughter's mermaid, yet? Yikes. I think she needs a new hairdresser.
